From Car Washer To CEO

 

As briefly mentioned already, my journey includes job positions at every level of an organization from the very bottom of the totem pole working my way up to the very top of same company. In fact, I started out as a car washer at a car rental company and within just a few years, I was the CEO of the company. This was to become the 4th largest car rental company of the country, and I was managing in excess of $60 Million in assets, more than 200 employees, and operating more than 1,500 vehicles all over Denmark.

 

Running Business on Automation

 

I bought my own personal business while remaining CEO of the car rental company. The board of directors had graciously allowed me to buy my own company while maintaining my role as CEO of their company, but explicitly and implicitly let me know that any dealings with said business would be on my own time.

 

This meant that I had to run this business completely remotely utilizing other people and resources and maintaining this business using his unique way of doing so, was what eventually earned me the nickname:

My results were stellar though, and in my first year of operation my team and I team turned the volume of Sales up by 3.5 times and the EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) up by an astounding 3,200%.

 

Results Not Typical

 

While such results are NOT typical, many of the insights that can be gained from what I did with my first business are explained in this program. Much of the tactics that were instrumental in providing me such stellar results, and results of turning around many companies I have consulted are explained in this program and you can make similar changes too with what you'll learn in this program when you enroll.

 

From Private To Public Companies

My journey has taken me from small private companies to larger and medium sized businesses.

 

From private companies to publicly traded companies, including one company I was part of that expanded quickly from a presence in Copenhagen, to a presence all over Denmark, then all over Sweden, and then all over Norway, and now also in Germany and which the small group of owners including myself then took public with its IPO in 2018.

 

In the US I have sat on the board of directors of a publicly traded company several times.

 

And I have fulfilled the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a small company that trades futures and securities to the tune of half a billion dollars a day.
